Allen-Bradley 1771-OMD B is a digital output module and is compatible with 1771 I/O chassis and PLC-5. It has AC output switching capability and is used by industrial automation systems to switch AC-powered devices such as solenoids, motor starters, and relays. 1771-OMD B is of high-reliability performance and can therefore be used in manufacturing, material handling, and process automation applications.

It provides AC voltage outputs of 12-120V AC for seamless operation in diversified industrial environments. It includes optically isolated outputs to ensure increased protection and a higher degree of operating safety.
