Triconex 3008N , Tricon V10 hata toleranslı kontrol sistemi için tasarlanmış yüksek bütünlüklü bir ana işlemci modülüdür. Üçlü Modüler Yedeklilik (TMR) mimarisi üzerine inşa edilmiştir, sürekli çalışma ve görev kritik endüstriyel ortamlarda SIL 3 sertifikalı güvenlik sağlar.
Her Tricon sisteminin Ana Şasisine üç MP takılmalıdır. Her MP, I/O alt sistemi ile bağımsız olarak iletişim kurar ve kullanıcı tarafından yazılan kontrol programını yürütür
