The GE IS200EGDMH1ABC is a Ground Detector Module (EGDM) used within the Mark VI Excitation Control System, part of GE’s Speedtronic turbine control platform. This intelligent module continuously monitors the field ground insulation condition in the synchronous generator’s excitation system, ensuring rapid detection of ground faults and enabling protective actions before equipment damage can occur.
