L'ACL si monta in un rack standard Innovation Seriesô drive o scheda eccitatore EX2100 e occupa due mezzi slot. L'ACL e il rack della scheda si trovano nell'armadio di controllo. Nelle applicazioni drive, il connettore P1 dell'ACL (a 4 file e 128 pin) si collega alla scheda Control Assembly Backplane Board (CABP). Nell'eccitatore EX2100, l'ACL si monta nel Backplane dell'eccitatore (EBKP).
