Costruito sulla piattaforma UR leader del settore, il G60 offre una protezione superiore per generatori di medie e grandi dimensioni, inclusi grandi turbine a vapore e a combustione, generatori a ciclo combinato e unità idroelettriche multi-circuito. Il G60 può essere utilizzato anche su generatori di accumulo pompato senza la necessità di commutare il circuito secondario del CT. Il G60 fornisce comunicazioni avanzate con uno switch Ethernet integrato e completamente gestito, riducendo i costi di installazione della rete e supportando i protocolli di comunicazione standard del settore.
