Le convertisseur de signal Emerson EZ1000 est conçu pour interfacer avec divers capteurs à courant de Foucault, y compris les séries EZ105x, EZ108x et EZ116x. Conçu pour un montage sur rail DIN, il assure une installation sécurisée et peu encombrante dans les armoires de commande.
Le convertisseur AMS EZ 1000 et la variante liée à la sécurité du convertisseur étiquetée EZ1000-SIS sont conçus pour le type de protection Ex ia en tant qu'équipement intrinsèquement sûr (selon IEC / EN 60079-11) et pour le type de protection Ex ec en tant qu'équipement à sécurité accrue (selon IEC / EN IEC 60079-7).
