L'ABB LD 800HSE 3BDH000320R02 est un dispositif de liaison Ethernet haut débit (HSE) robuste conçu pour intégrer les réseaux Foundation Fieldbus avec des systèmes de contrôle comme ABB Freelance ou d'autres solutions d'automatisation. Il permet une communication transparente entre les appareils de terrain et les systèmes de contrôle de niveau supérieur via Ethernet.

Le LD 800HSE permet l'accès aux appareils de terrain connectés au FOUNDATION Fieldbus (FF) à partir des systèmes de supervision et de contrôle ainsi que des consoles de gestion. L'appareil est qualifié pour une utilisation redondante, où les ports H1 correspondants de deux appareils de liaison sont connectés à une liaison H1. Un lien de redondance séparé entre les dispositifs de liaison principal et secondaire garantit un basculement et une surveillance fiables de la redondance.
