Das GE DS2020DACAG2 ist eine AC-zu-DC-Stromumwandlungsbaugruppe, die in den EX2100- und Mark VIe-Erregungssteuersystemen von GE Energy verwendet wird. Als direkter Ersatz für das DS2020DACAG1 ist dieses Modul dafür ausgelegt, einen Eingang von 115/230 VAC in einen Ausgang von 126 VDC umzuwandeln und liefert so die notwendige Energie für Steuerungsmodule und Gate-Puls-Verstärkerplatinen. Es ist besonders vorteilhaft in Systemen mit einer primären Stromquelle von 125 VDC oder solchen, die ohne Batterie betrieben werden, da es die Überbrückungszeit bei Steuerstromausfall verlängert.
