Das Bently Nevada 3500/25-01-02-00 (149369-01) ist ein Enhanced Keyphasor® Modul , das für das 3500 Machinery Protection System entwickelt wurde. Es liefert präzise Referenzsignale basierend auf der Wellenrotation und ermöglicht so eine genaue Messung von Phase und Geschwindigkeit für Maschinen-Diagnose- und Schutzzwecke.

Das  3500/25 Enhanced Keyphasor Modul unterstützt bis zu  zwei unabhängige Kanäle und ist für Hochgeschwindigkeits- und Hochzuverlässigkeitsumgebungen wie Turbinen, Kompressoren, Motoren und andere rotierende Anlagen ausgelegt. Dieses Modul erfüllt die  API 670 Anforderungen für Keyphasor-Funktionalität und integriert sich nahtlos in Schwingungs- und Geschwindigkeitsüberwachungssysteme.

Das 3500/25 Enhanced Keyphasor Modul ist ein halbhohes, zweikanaliges Modul, das Keyphasor-Signale an die Überwachungsmodule in einem 3500-Rack liefert. Das Modul empfängt Eingangssignale von Näherungssensoren oder magnetischen Abnehmern und wandelt diese in digitale Keyphasor-Signale um, die anzeigen, wann die Keyphasor-Markierung auf der Welle mit dem Keyphasor-Wandler übereinstimmt. Das 3500 Machinery Protection System kann bis zu vier Keyphasor-Signale in der normalen Konfiguration und bis zu acht Keyphasor-Signale in einer gepaarten Konfiguration verarbeiten.
