Das 3300 XL 8 mm System bietet die fortschrittlichste Leistung in unseren Wirbelstrom-Näherungssensor-Systemen. Das Standard-3300 XL 8 mm 5-Meter-System entspricht außerdem vollständig dem American Petroleum Institute (API) 670 Standard für mechanische Konfiguration, linearen Bereich, Genauigkeit und Temperaturstabilität. Alle 3300 XL 8 mm Näherungssensor-Systeme bieten dieses Leistungsniveau und unterstützen die vollständige Austauschbarkeit von Sonden, Verlängerungskabeln und Proximitor-Sensoren, wodurch die Notwendigkeit entfällt, einzelne Komponenten abzugleichen oder auf dem Prüfstand zu kalibrieren.

Die 3300 XL Sonde und das Verlängerungskabel zeigen ebenfalls Verbesserungen gegenüber früheren Designs. Ein patentiertes TipLoc-Formverfahren sorgt für eine robustere Verbindung zwischen der Sondenspitze und dem Sondenkörper. Das Kabel der Sonde verfügt über ein patentiertes CableLoc-Design, das eine Zugfestigkeit von 330 N (75 lbf) bietet, um das Sondenkabel und die Sondenspitze sicherer zu befestigen.
