Das 4-Kanal-Relaismodul ist ein vollhohes Modul, das vier Relaisausgänge bereitstellt. Beliebig viele 4-Kanal-Relaismodule können in jedem der Steckplätze rechts vom Transient Data Interface Modul platziert werden. Jeder Ausgang des 4-Kanal-Relaismoduls kann unabhängig programmiert werden, um Abstimmungslogik auszuführen.

Jedes Relais, das im 4-Kanal-Relaismodul verwendet wird, enthält Alarmsteuerungslogik. Die Programmierung der Alarmsteuerungslogik verwendet UND- und ODER-Logik und kann Alarm-Eingänge (Alarm- und Gefahrenstatus), Nicht-OK oder einzelne PPLs von jedem Überwachungskanal oder jeder Kombination von Überwachungskanälen im Rack verwenden. Sie können diese Alarmsteuerung mit der 3500 Rack-Konfigurationssoftware an Ihre Anwendungsanforderungen anpassen.
