Die FBM242 P0916NG Diskrete Uitsetmodule bevat 16 diskrete uitsetkanale, wat eksterne bronne het, gegradeer tot 2 A by 60 V gelykstroom. Geassosieerde terminaalverbindings (TAs) voorsien vir diskrete uitsette na laste van 2 A by 60 V gelykstroom, relaisuitsette (120 V wisselstroom/125 V gelykstroom, of 240 V wisselstroom), of relaisuitsette met kragverspreiding en sikringe. Elke uitset is volledig geïsoleer van ander kanale en aarde. Die module koppel elektriese uitsetseine van 'n beheerverwerker aan die veldtoestelle.
