Die 991 Stootsender is hoofsaaklik bedoel vir die oorspronklike toerustingvervaardigers (OEM's) van sentrifugale lugkompressors of klein pompe, motors, of waaiers wat verkies om 'n eenvoudige 4 tot 20 mA proporsionele aksiale verplasing (stoot) sein as inset na hul masjinerie beheerstelsel te voorsien.
